Open Studio – A Success

Open Studio was a great success on so many levels. Did I sell anything? “Yes”, but more importantly were the visitors. An old friend from 35 years ago and his wife came up from LA and spent a large chunk of the first Saturday visiting. It was wonderful seeing him again and meeting his wife. Some friends from Bellarmine made the drive down from SJ. Many local friend and strangers came by as well. A true gift to me. One visitor in particular was and 8 year old who wanted her mother to bring her to my studio because she is interested in abstraction! She was wonderful. Her questions were so insightful. It was lovely, inspiring.
