This assemblage was exhibited at the West Coast Biennial at the Turtle Bay Museum in Redding, CA.

Below is an email from Melinda Booker in response to my assemblage that was on exhibit at the Turtle Bay Museum.

Dear Mr. Harden,

My name is Melinda Booker & I am a 3rd grade teacher at Burney Elementary.
I took my class to the Art Exhibition at Turtle Bay & we fell in love with your
artwork. We loved it SO much that we decided that we would use it to inspire
our own mixed media artwork.

My husband built the frame & then each child painted a section & brought in 3 things
from home. It took us a little over a month & we had so much fun making it.

I called Turtle Bay & asked for your contact details, to say, “Thank you” for your artwork
& the great memories that were created from seeing it.

I’ve attached the letter I sent to Turtle Bay & some photos of our class,
standing proudly with our artwork.

DAVENPORT GALLERY

The Davenport Gallery opened last Saturday just a block from my studio. It is a cooperative. The work of the 10 or so artist is strong and varied. The display space is first rate. The gallery is located on Highway 1, in Davenport next to the Roadhouse restaurant (davenportgallery.net).
